PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (TERMS) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PARKING APPS (SERVICES) OPERATED BY US. THE USEER IS ADVISED TO READ THEM CAREFULLY AS THEY AFFECT THE USER'S RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES UNDER THE LAW.

1. 1Access and use of the service
   1. 1.1Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. THESE Terms apply to all users and others who access or use the Service.
   2. 1.2By downloading or using the Service you agree to be bound bythese Terms and condition. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

   7. 1.7The app is serve for the purpose of parking in open space operated by City Council, Municipal council or District Office or private parking operators.


2. 2Content
   1. 2.1Our apps / Service allows you to park and pay parking fee through smartphone. It also offer a service to extend the parking time anywhere anytime with alert features. The use may opt to pay daily or subscribe monthly(s) fee. Also a features to search parking free space for nearby parking zone and etc.
   2. 2.2The user shall has sufficient funds or credit in order to park the vehicle(s). Two ways to add the fund or credit through online banking, credit/debit card, e-wallet or through prepaid.


3. 3Fund policy
   1. 3.1Fund or credit added is tied up to particular parking operator and not exchangeable or transferable to other operators. User must be very sure about the right parking operator before any top up since the transaction is cannot be reversed and refund.


4. 4Termination
   1. 4.1Any account with no transaction for more than a year is consider a non-active account. We shall terminate the non-active your account automatically without prior notice to the user. Any balance of fund or credit balance (if any) will be forfeited.
